The Life-flo Guarantee to the Consumer
Life-flo guarantees the quality and benefits of its products to the consumer. Any consumer who is not satisfied with a Life-flo product, for any reason, may return it to the point of purchase for exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

Life-flo guarantees the quality and benefits of our products. A consumer may exchange a product for another Life-flo product of equal or lesser value if dissatisfied. (Offer good for consumer purchases only.)

Resellers processing a claim under this guarantee must contact Life-flo's customer service department with the name, address and phone number of the customer, advising details of product returned, and the alternate products supplied. If preferred, and upon receipt of the details of the claim from the reseller, Life-flo will ship the replacement product directly to the consumer. The cost of any return freight will be paid for by Life-flo, providing the instructions are followed.
