If you have questions about an order you placed that we are currently processing or have already shipped to you, you may be able to find your order information by logging in and accessing the “My Account” area of the site.
We currently do not accept backorders. If any of the items on your order are unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we will immediately cancel that portion of the order and ship any remaining items that are available. You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped to you.
